I offer a range of compassionate, evidence-based psychological services tailored to your unique needs to support neurodivergent individuals and their families.

Services

Therapy

I offer one-to-one therapy for people of all ages to work on what matters to you. We might explore sensory stressors, relationships, identity questions, or executive-function roadblocks, then co-create practical changes and self-advocacy tools. Sessions can involve conversation, drawing, movement, or deep dives into special interests, whatever feels safe and useful for you.

Family and Caregiver Support

Parents, partners, siblings, and other supporters often need a sounding board. These meetings give you space to ask questions, understand behaviour through a neurodivergent lens, and plan practical changes at home, school, work, or in the community. The aim: equip you with practical tools, insights, and strategies to make daily life smoother for everyone.

Assessments

I provide comprehensive psychological assessments, including formal diagnoses for ADHD and Autism. We start with a collaborative planning chat so the process fits your needs - be that documentation for school, workplace adjustments, NDIS access, or personal insight. Reports include clear recommendations plus optional post-assessment processing sessions to unpack results and next steps together.

Assessments

Assessment Process — Step by Step

A collaborative, neurodiversity-affirming pathway from first contact to next steps.

  1. Intake

Connection & collaboration. Your first telehealth therapy session centres your goals, needs, and what feels safe. After the session, you’ll receive tailored questionnaires to complete in your own time so your experiences are captured from the start.

Helps shape your assessment plan and reduce paperwork during sessions.
  2. Sessions

Exploration & understanding. Over at least two therapeutic sessions, we blend structured tools with open dialogue at a pace that feels manageable and affirming. Structured measures are usually completed between sessions so time together stays therapeutic.

  3. Assessment

Integration & formulation. Your psychologist brings together session insights and questionnaires into a clinical formulation. We discuss findings (including any formal diagnoses), what they mean in your context, and your options. There’s space to reflect and ask questions.

  4. Report (optional)

Personalised documentation. If you choose a written report, we’ll confirm the scope and timeframe. Documents are practical, strengths-based, and written in clear language.
